Sponge cakes are made using the finest ingredients and can either be a traditional sponge
or a flavoured sponge as required. The most popular sponges are vanilla and chocolate.
Only the finest chocolate and cocoa is used to ensure a rich round chocolate flavour
which can be varied by the addition of natural orange flavouring if desired.

Sponge cake fillings may be jam and a soft filling in plain or vanilla sponges,
or a soft chocolate flavoured filling for chocolate sponges.
